TSPvectors is owned and operated by PharmIT Consulting, LLC (“PharmIT Consulting,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Educational Purpose and Advisory Relationships

TSPvectors provides educational and informational content relating to the Thrift Savings Plan (“TSP”), asset allocation, investing, and retirement planning.

TSPvectors publishes model allocations, including aVectors and iVectors, based on defined methodologies and publicly available or third-party financial information.

These model allocations are general and impersonal. They are not created based on the financial circumstances, investment objectives, risk tolerance, tax situation, retirement needs, or other individual circumstances of any particular visitor.

TSPvectors and PharmIT Consulting, LLC are not acting as your investment adviser, financial planner, broker, fiduciary, tax adviser, or attorney through your use of this website.

Your use of TSPvectors does not create an investment adviser-client, fiduciary, professional, or other advisory relationship between you and TSPvectors or PharmIT Consulting, LLC.

You are solely responsible for evaluating information presented on TSPvectors and determining whether any investment strategy or allocation is appropriate for your individual circumstances.

Model Allocations and Target Years

TSPvectors does not know your complete financial circumstances and cannot determine whether a particular Vector is suitable for you.

References to target years or investment horizons help organize and describe TSPvectors’ model allocations. For TSPvectors, the relevant year generally refers to when a participant expects to begin withdrawing retirement savings, which may differ from the year they retire from employment or military service. A Vector’s target year does not, by itself, establish whether the model is appropriate for a particular participant.

Investment Risk and Performance

Investing involves risk, including the possible loss of principal.

No investment strategy or asset allocation can guarantee a profit, prevent a loss, or ensure that you will achieve your retirement objectives.

Past performance does not guarantee or predict future results.

Any performance information presented is provided for informational purposes and should be read with its accompanying methodology, assumptions, and limitations. Historical returns of a referenced fund or benchmark are not the returns of a TSPvectors model allocation. Any backtested, hypothetical, or simulated model results do not represent actual trading or results achieved by a particular TSP participant.

Performance information may not reflect every factor affecting an investor’s actual results, including timing of contributions, withdrawals, transfers, transaction timing, changes in allocation, taxes, fees, or individual behavior.

Account Instructions and Security

TSPvectors may provide general educational instructions explaining how a participant can implement an allocation through the official TSP website.

Such instructions are provided solely as a convenience and do not constitute a recommendation that you make any particular transaction.

You are responsible for reviewing your selections and determining whether to make any changes to your TSP account.

TSP account transactions should be performed only through official channels authorized by the Federal Retirement Thrift Investment Board.

TSPvectors will never request your TSP username, password, account number, or other account credentials.

Information Accuracy

We strive to provide accurate and useful information but cannot guarantee that all information on TSPvectors will always be complete, accurate, current, or free from errors.

Financial data, TSP rules, website procedures, investment options, third-party information, and other information may change without notice.

TSPvectors is an independent website. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by the Federal Retirement Thrift Investment Board, the Thrift Savings Plan, or the United States Government.

Governing Law and Venue
